Absinthia is made using the old-world technique of artisan, small-batch distillation in a copper pot still. The traditional, complex flavor is derived from certified organic California and Oregon herbs and certified organic and biodynamic grapes. Our carefully selected ingredients are what determines our absinthes flavor and excellence.
